HOW TO USE:

Step 1: Hold the device in your dominant hand.

Step 2: Place the bottom of the facial massager against your chest up to your collarbone.

Step 3: Rest the area behind your chin onto the gray padding of the pump.

Step 4: Bring your head down, like you're nodding. Do it slowly while holding the device in place. 

Step 5: Bring your chin down to press the pump down into the facial massager.

Step 6: Press down slowly and firmly as you feel some resistance, focusing on your neck muscles.

*Repeat this process for two minutes a day, 15 to 20 times a minute.

How to install spring?

Step 1: Choose the spring that as per your requirement (pink: low, green: medium, or purple: high).

Step 2: Unlock the chin pad by twisting the gold locking ring in a counter-clockwise position. The chin pad will pop up, keep twisting the gold ring until it "clicks" into the unlocked position.

Step 3: Once it is unlocked, you can insert the spring.

Step 4: To lock the chin pad in the down position, depress the chin pad fully and twist the gold locking ring in a clockwise direction until it "clicks" into the locked position.
